The invite-only groundbreaking ceremony took place at 11am at 34455 Chester Road in Avon, Ohio and was attended by Rafih Auto Group's CEO Terry Rafih, Avon Mayor Bryan K. Jensen, VP of Operations, Cleveland, Matt Youssef, Porsche North Olmsted General Manager, Frank Steffen, as well as brand partners, community stakeholders, local officials, and the leadership of Rafih Auto Group and Porsche North Olmsted.

AVON, OHIO — April 10, 2026 — Rafih Auto Group will break ground on a new $60 million luxury automotive campus in Avon, Ohio, marking a major expansion for the organization and a significant investment in Northeast Ohio.
The new development—home to Porsche Cleveland West—will span more than 100,000 square feet, including a 30,000+ square foot Porsche facility. The project is expected to be completed in November 2027.
Strategically located just off the highway in Avon, the campus is designed to provide greater accessibility and convenience for customers across Cleveland’s west side, while establishing one of the premier luxury automotive destinations in the region.

The facility will reflect the latest in brand design and customer experience. The new Porsche dealership will offer a distinctive two-story design, with a refined showroom, client café, and elevated lounge space.
