The 2024 and 2025 Porsche Macan are available with several gas engines and electric motor systems across the long trim lineup. The entry-level gas engine is a 261-horsepower, turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. The most powerful gas engine offered is a 434-horsepower, turbo 2.9-liter, four-cylinder system. The base electric system has a single, rear-mounted motor that produces 335 horsepower. The top-of-the-line Macan EV has a dual-motor system that generates 576 horsepower, and it offers all-wheel drive.

Appearance

The Porsche Macan has an engaging style that showcases its utility as a crossover as well as the brand’s iconic design language. At the front, the Macan boasts a rounded nose with a wraparound grille and a dramatically arched, defined hood. The teardrop headlights roll downward into a sharp point, showing off bold LED accents. Over the sides, rigid, angled contouring runs below smoothly defined door panels. Exterior features vary by trim, including a power liftgate, dark trim, up to 21-inch wheels, and performance tires.
