The 2024 Porsche Macan Electric’s first trim level comes with a single electric motor, which produces 335 horsepower – or 355 hp with launch control. The next two available trim levels have a dual-motor powertrain system with all-wheel drive. The Macan 4 Electric delivers 382 horsepower, which goes up to 402 hp with launch control, and the Macan 4S Electric creates 442 hp, which goes up to 509 hp with launch control. The Macan Turbo Electric offers 576 horsepower, which goes up to 630 hp with launch control. The EV can get an 80% battery charge with a fast charger in only 21 minutes. The Cayenne is available with two gas engines and a plug-in hybrid system. All have an eight-speed auto transmission and all-wheel drive. The base engine is a turbo 3.0-liter V6 that produces 348 horsepower. The plug-in hybrid system mates this same engine with an electric component for 463 horsepower. The top system is a gas-powered turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine with 468 horsepower.
Appearance
The Macan Electric has a modernized look compared to the gas-powered Macan. It boasts a ground-hugging stance with a dramatically swooped hood and an arched roofline. A pair of off-tone, linear accents brings the sides to life. The headlights boast four LED bar segments, and the front fascia features two layered elements. The 2024 Cayenne is a taller model with more sophisticated side contours and classic, teardrop-style headlights. The grille also has Porsche’s signature style with a wraparound element featuring horizontal accent bars.

The 2024 Macan Electric’s cabin is modern, with three display screens on the dashboard. These are a 12.6-inch curved instrument panel, a 10.9-inch passenger display screen, and a 10.9-inch infotainment system screen.
